Sweet Potato Seasoning

Sadly I can’t eat as much sweet potato as I’d like to, but I thought when I have it it’d be nice to have a bit of variation to it. Now if you’ve ever searched for any specific nightshade free recipes then you know how much of a crap-shoot it is. So much cayenne and paprika. Luckily I managed to get two acceptable recipes, I’ll post the first now and the second when I get around to trying it. This really added a nice flavour to the sweet potatoes, subtle and not overwhelming. I added it at the start of my SautĂ©ed Sweet Potatoes and it worked just great. You can use as much or as little as you like, you could even mix up a big batch and store it, I just made a small bit for myself and I’ll probably be a while using it. Nice to have regardless and keep an eye out next week for the second seasoning, a sweeter one.
