Stovetop Popcorn


1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/6 Cup Popcorn Kernels
Salt to Taste (Don’t pre-salt, as it will toughen the popcorn)

Optional: Add 1 Tsp of Sichuan Pepper for Nuclear Popcorn.


1. Add Olive oil to pot.

2. Toss Popcorn Kernels in oil and turn on high heat.

3. Once Kernels start to pop, toss gently and let pop until popping slows to a few seconds and pot is mostly filled.

4. Pour into bowl and add salt.
