Spicy Chicken Tacos (Not Nightshade Free)

My Pre-Nightshade Free Days recipe. I’ll add it for the GF fans of heat. Nightshade version Here


1/4 Tsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Chilli Pepper
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Chilli Pepper
1 Tbsp Cumin
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Garlic
1/8 Tsp Oregano
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Tomato Purée
1 Tbsp Water
1 Tsp Oil
100g White Cheddar
2 Chicken Breasts, Chopped Fine
Gluten Free Taco Shells


1. Put Tomato Purée, water and oil in a bowl and mix together.

2. Add Spices and Chicken and mix together.

3. Heat Wok and add Seasoned Chicken, cook on medium heat.

4. While heating Taco Shells place White Cheddar on top of cooked Chicken and place lid on wok. Turn off heat and stir Chicken and Cheddar together. Scoop into Taco Shells.
