How could I resist posting a recipe for purple eggs! Much better than they look, honestly!
2-3 Tbsp Butter
Pinch of Salt
1. Add Butter to pan, heat on medium until melted, then add Salt.
2. When Butter has Melted whisk together the Eggs and add to the pan. Keep gently mixing with a wooden spoon until Eggs are solid.
Fruity Eggs: Leave out Salt and Add 1 Tbsp Sugar, 50g Berries, Mashed and 1/2 Banana, Mashed and cook as normal.
