2 Chicken Breasts, Chopped
85g Pasta of Choice
1/4 Cup Loosely Packed Parsley Leaves, Chopped
2 Clove Garlic, Grated
40ml Olive Oil
Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
1. Cook Pasta per directions and drain.
2. While Pasta is cooking, heat some Olive Oil in a pan and fry Chicken until cooked through.
3. Add Cooked Chicken to Drained Pasta and mix well, cover and set aside.
4. When Chicken is removed wipe out the pan and add Olive Oil on a high heat and when hot add Garlic and cook for a minute or two until fragrant. Add Parsley and remove from heat. Add Salt and Pepper and then stir Sauce together and add to Chicken and Pasta then serve immediately.
