Ginger Cookies

83g Ground Almonds
18g Butter, Softened
1/8 Cup Maple Syrup
10g Black Treacle
1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Ground Cloves
1/8 Tsp Baking Soda

Makes 8 Cookies.



1. Mix everything together in a bowl until smooth. Let chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm.

2. Preheat oven to 175c (Fan).

3. Scoop 1 Tbsp of dough and place on a greaseproof lined tray and press down gently with a wet fork.

5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until firm around the edges, but still soft in the middle. Cool on tray for a further 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
