Ingredients
1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 1/2 Tsp Ground Coriander
1 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 1/2 Tsp Ground Cardamom
1 1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves
1/2 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
1/4 Tsp Ground Allspice
Method
1. If any spices are whole, first dry them and then grind them.
2. When your spices are ground, place all everything into a jar. Shake to combine. Store in an airtight jar.
