Compote

Ingredients

100g Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Raspberries etc)
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water

Method

1. Mix Water and Sugar together and add Fruit.

2. Bring to the boil and while stirring together, heat for a few minutes or until Fruit juices have been released.

3. Turn down heat, cover and let simmer until thick.
