1 Banana, Chopped into Chunks
25g Caster Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Water
Dash Vanilla Extract
1. Heat the Sugar and Water in a pan over a medium-high heat until the the sugar start to turn into a light yellow coloured liquid , make sure the Sugar doesn’t burn, then stir the Sugar with a spoon until it turns into a golden amber liquid. Remove from the heat.
2. Add the Butter, let it melt and then add the Vanilla Extract then stir it until everything has combined. Return to a medium heat and add Banana. Stir to coat Banana and heat, while stirring constantly, for a minute or two until Banana is coated in the Caramel and has become soft.
