1 Ripe Avocado, Scooped Out
25g Carob Powder
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1. Put Everything into a food processor and blend until smooth. If more Milk or Maple Syrup is needed add and re-blend.
2. Pour into a bowl and leave in the fridge to firm up for half an hour.
Can be frozen and defrosted in fridge.
