Almond Butter Marinade

Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts, Chopped
1 Tsp Oil
1 Tbsp Water
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Almond Butter
1/4 Tsp Ground Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Garlic Granules (About 2 Cloves)
Salt to Taste

Method

1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth, add the meat and coat all over. Let sit for an hour in the fridge.

2. Preheat non-stick wok and when hot add Marinaded Meat. Cook covered for 15 minutes on medium. If too wet cook uncovered at a higher heat for a few minutes. Serve with Brown Rice.
